Als psychiatrisch verpleegkundige/educator bied je dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning aan bewoners en werk je samen met je team om een hoge zorgkwaliteit te waarborgen. Bijkomend focus je op onze bewoners met nood aan psychische ondersteuning en bied je handvaten aan het team in de omgang met deze personen en hun specifieke pathologie. Je doet dit door tips & tricks in de dagelijkse werking aan te bieden en het geven van vormingen aan je collega’s.

Ben jij ons nieuwe talent? - Wij zijn op zoek naar volgende kwalificaties:

  • Je hebt een brede kennis vanuit je achtergrond in de psychiatrie
  • Je kan informatie op een heldere en praktische manier doorgeven in vormingsmomenten
  • Je hebt een actieve bijdrage in het teamoverleg waar jij de bewoners met een psychologische achtergrond (al dan niet gediagnosticeerd) vertegenwoordigt
  • Je beschikt over een diploma als psychiatrisch verpleegkunde (Bachelor, HBO5 of graduaat)
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Samenwerken zit in je DNA
  • Je typeert je door je enthousiasme, motivatie, leergierigheid, stressbestendigheid en zorgzaamheid
  • Je werkt graag met ouderen en hebt oog voor hun noden
  • Je hebt een goed observatievermogen en bent in staat situaties goed in te schatten
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag binnen een multidisciplinair team
  • Computerkennis vormt een pluspunt
  • Je beschikt over een goede teamgeest en sociale vaardigheden
  • Je bent stipt en bereid om met een variabel uurrooster te werken
