Das armona medical alpinresort in Thiersee (Tirol) verbindet erstklassige orthopädische Rehabilitation und Schmerzmedizin auf dem Niveau einer staatlich zugelassenen Krankenanstalt mit dem exklusiven Wohlfühlambiente eines Premium-Resorts.

Wir verfügen über 38 Zimmer, eine qualitativ hochwertige Küche, die auch ein à la carte-Restaurant bedient, sowie einen großzügigen Wellness- und SPA-Bereich mit Schwimmbad.

Unser interdisziplinäres Team aus Ärzten, Therapeuten und Pflegekräften begleitet Privatversicherte und Selbstzahler auf ihrem Weg zu nachhaltiger Gesundheit. Um unseren Patientinnen und Patienten eine rundum ganzheitliche Betreuung zu bieten, bauen wir unseren psychologischen Dienst weiter aus. Bis Mitte 2027 entsteht zudem ein weiteres Haus, die armona lodge mit vollem Fokus auf Prävention und Performance - eine spannende Zeit, um bei uns einzusteigen! 1 Psychologe / Psychotherapeut (m/w/d)

Das erwartet Sie:

* Psychologische und psychotherapeutische Begleitung unserer orthopädischen und schmerztherapeutischen Patienten_innen (Einzelberatung, Schmerzbewältigung)

* Ebenso Betreuung von Kur- und Präventionspatienten

* Patientenaufenthaltsdauern von einer bis drei Wochen

* Durchführung von Einzel-, Gruppentherapien und Kursen / Vorträgen

* Aktive Mitarbeit im interdisziplinären Team bei der Erstellung ganzheitlicher Behandlungs- und Präventionskonzepte

* Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien, Kursen zu Stressmanagement, Schlaf oder allgemein Achtsamkeit (mentaler Gesundheit)

Sie bringen mit:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie (Diplom / Master) sowie eine eine abgeschlossene psychotherapeutische Ausbildung

* Ausgeprägte Methodik in der Psychotherapeutischen Diagnostik

* Einfühlsame, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Arbeit im Premium-Segment sowie Teamfähigkeit und einer eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise

* Idealerweise fundierte Erfahrung

Wir bieten:

* Ein breit gefächertes Patientenspektrum im Altern von 50+. AHB, Schmerztherapie und Prävention u.a. von Spitzenführungskräften erfordert fundierte Kenntnisse, schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit und Erfahrung.

* Ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld mit geregelten Pufferzeiten, interdisziplinärem Austausch und flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen (Voll- oder Teilzeit)

* Das unten angegebene Mindestentgelt bezieht sich auf 40 Stunden in Vollzeit und einigen Berufserfahrungsjahren

* 14 Monatsgehälter

* Tägliches kostenfreies Essen sowie kostenfreier Zugang im SPA- und Fitnessbereich
