Vacature Psychologisch Consulent – Diagnostiek

Voor Centrum Divers in Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een psychologisch consulent die ons team wil versterken binnen onze diagnostische werking.

We zoeken iemand die reeds ervaring heeft met psychodiagnostiek en hierin voldoende zelfstandig kan functioneren. Je voelt je thuis in diagnostisch onderzoek, kan klinisch observeren en redeneren, en kijkt verder dan scores of cut-offwaarden alleen.

Binnen Centrum Divers richten we ons onder andere op diagnostische vragen rond neurodivergentie. We vinden het belangrijk dat diagnostiek niet louter bestaat uit het afnemen van instrumenten, maar uit het zorgvuldig samenbrengen van verschillende informatiebronnen tot een genuanceerd en bruikbaar beeld van de persoon.

Over Centrum Divers

Centrum Divers is een multidisciplinaire praktijk in Deurne-Noord voor (jong)volwassenen vanaf 16 jaar.

We werken vanuit een neuroaffirmatieve, krachtgerichte en contextuele visie. Dat betekent dat we niet enkel kijken naar klachten of moeilijkheden, maar ook naar iemands ontwikkeling, omgeving, draagkracht, sterktes en de manieren waarop iemand zich doorheen het leven heeft leren aanpassen.

Binnen ons team werken verschillende disciplines samen rond therapie, diagnostiek en psychiatrische ondersteuning. We hechten veel belang aan inhoudelijk overleg, kritische reflectie en een warme, respectvolle benadering van cliënten.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Je maakt deel uit van onze diagnostische werking en neemt verschillende onderdelen van psychodiagnostische trajecten op.

Afhankelijk van je ervaring en competenties kan je onder andere instaan voor:

  • het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van diagnostische onderzoeksmomenten;
  • het afnemen en scoren van psychologische en cognitieve onderzoeksinstrumenten;
  • klinische observatie tijdens onderzoek;
  • het verzamelen en ordenen van relevante diagnostische informatie;
  • het verwerken en interpreteren van onderzoeksresultaten;
  • het mee integreren van bevindingen uit verschillende informatiebronnen;
  • het uitschrijven van heldere en genuanceerde diagnostische bevindingen;
  • overleg met klinisch psychologen en andere betrokken disciplines;
  • bijdragen aan de verdere inhoudelijke ontwikkeling van onze diagnostische werking.

Je werkt steeds binnen een breder diagnostisch traject en in nauwe samenwerking met klinisch psychologen en andere betrokken zorgverleners.

Wie zoeken we?

Je beschikt over een Bachelor Toegepaste Psychologie en hebt reeds relevante ervaring met psychodiagnostisch onderzoek.

Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die:

  • voldoende zelfstandig diagnostische onderzoeksmomenten kan voorbereiden en uitvoeren;
  • vertrouwd is met het afnemen en scoren van diagnostische instrumenten;
  • ervaring heeft met klinische observatie en verslaggeving;
  • onderzoeksresultaten kritisch kan interpreteren en niet uitsluitend vanuit testscores redeneert;
  • verschillende informatiebronnen kan samenbrengen tot een genuanceerd diagnostisch beeld;
  • affiniteit en bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met diagnostische vragen rond neurodivergentie;
  • zorgvuldig en betrouwbaar werkt;
  • openstaat voor multidisciplinair overleg en inhoudelijke feedback;
  • zich kan vinden in een neuroaffirmatieve en krachtgerichte visie.

We zoeken iemand die binnen diagnostiek al een stevige basis heeft opgebouwd en voldoende vertrouwd is met psychodiagnostisch werken om hierin zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. De samenwerking gebeurt op zelfstandige basis.
