Z.org KU Leuven zoekt, voor het Universitair Psychiatrisch Centrum KU Leuven, een klinisch psycholoog voor de afdeling De Weg, Dialectisch Gedragstherapeutich Centrum, te campus Kortenberg.

je functie

  • je maakt deel uit van het ambulant team dat dialectische gedragstherapie (DGT) aanbiedt aan volwassenen met een ernstige borderline problematiek
  • je bent in staat om een integratie te maken tussen je eigen vaktherapeutisch handelen en het DGT-kader
  • je geeft, samen met een andere collega, vaardigheidstraining waarin de DGT-vaardigheden aangeleerd en ingeoefend worden. Daarnaast sta je in voor individuele gesprekken/telefonische consultaties met jouw toegewezen cliënten volgens het DGT-kader
  • je kan een therapeutische relatie opbouwen en interpersoonlijke processen hanteren via een professionele en persoonlijk geëngageerde werkhouding met het DGT-kader als referentie
  • je streeft kwalitatief hoogstaande zorgverlening aan patiënten en hun omgeving na
  • je hebt een masterdiploma in de klinische psychologie
  • je deed een psychotherapeutische vervolgopleiding, bent deze aan het volgen of overweegt deze aan te vatten
  • je hebt preferentieel ervaring met het DGT-kader en voeling met de doelgroep
  • je bent bereid om in een behandelkader te werken waarin spanning niet uit de weg wordt gegaan en transparantie en reflectie op persoonlijk functioneren cruciaal zijn
  • je bent expressief en je staat communicatief sterk
  • je functioneert op een zelfstandige manier in nauwe samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team
  • je verkiest te werken in een context van een universitair ziekenhuis en je bent bereid om op termijn studenten Psychologie te begeleiden tijdens hun klinische masterstage
  • je staat open voor verandering en je bent bereid mee te werken aan een voortdurende verbetering van de zorg
