Deine Aufgaben

- Prüfen und Bearbeiten von Rezepten für unsere deutschen Kunden - Rücksprache mit Ärzten oder Patienten bei Wechselwirkungen oder Gegenanzeigen - Pharmazeutische Beratung am Telefon oder via E-Mail - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Apotheker-Team für maximale Arzneimittelsicherheit - Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Großhandelsretouren - Unterstützung beim Zusammenstellen und Kontrollieren von Paketen - Testen und Weiterentwickeln neuer pharmazeutischer und logistischer Prozesse - Einarbeitung und Begleitung neuer Kolleg:innen

Was du mitbringst

- Abgeschlossene PTA-Ausbildung - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse - Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe - Offenheit, Teamgeist und Lust, Neues mitzugestalten - Freude an einem kooperativen, kollegialen Miteinander - Standort: Belfeld (Venlo, NL) – direkt an der deutschen Grenze zu Kaldenkirchen (DE)
