Purchase Assistant | Fulltime In de wereldwijde olie- en gasmarkt is Actuator Technology Company (ATC) een innovatief en dynamisch bedrijf dat pneumatische en hydraulische aandrijvingen ontwerpt en fabriceert voor de besturing van afsluiters. Daarbij richten wij ons met name op de upstream, offshore industrie en subsea toepassingen t/m 3 km water diepte. ATC opereert internationaal; vrijwel al onze klanten zijn buitenlandse bedrijven en eindgebruikers uit de olie en gas industrie. Daarnaast hebben wij vertegenwoordigingen in de USA, Brazilië, het Midden Oosten, het Verre Oosten en in Australië. Wat ga je doen? Als Purchase Assistant zorg je ervoor dat de Purchaser zich kan richten op zijn/haar kerntaken. De werkzaamheden die aan bod komen zijn gevarieerd. Een Purchase Assistant houdt zich onder andere met het volgende bezig: - Je zorgt voor de administratieve verwerking van de inkoopdocumenten, correspondentie van en naar leveranciers; - Je volgt de geplande leveringen en gemaakte afspraken met de leveranciers op; - Je zult logistieke taken voorbereiden zoals order picking, oppervlaktebehandelingen en voorraad tellingen; Wat kenmerkt jou? - Assertiviteit: iemand die actief achter openstaande acties aangaat en zaken niet laat liggen; - Zelfinitiatief: iemand die werk ziet liggen en dit oppakt; - Sterke Outlook-vaardigheden: mailboxbeheer, overzicht houden en acties bewaken zijn voor deze rol belangrijk; - Redelijk tot goede Excel-vaardigheden: meer dan alleen basiskennis van Office; - Zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap: verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor taken en deze ook daadwerkelijk opvolgen tot ze zijn afgerond. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; Wij bieden: - Brede functie met ruimte voor ontwikkeling; - Bedrijf met een open en informele cultuur met o.a. personeelsfeesten en attenties rondom feestdagen; - Marktconform salaris, op basis van ...
