Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je beheert de voorraadniveaus en volgt bestelpunten nauwgezet op.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers en bewaakt een tijdige levering van goederen.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert transporten wanneer dit nodig is.
  • Je onderhoudt professionele contacten met leveranciers en volgt afspraken correct op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een efficiënte aankoop- en voorraadplanning te garanderen.

Wie ben jij als Purchase Officer?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of hebt relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain of administratie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en werkt vlot met MS Office en digitale systemen.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten, denkt vooruit en volgt dossiers accuraat op.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt tegelijkertijd vlot af met collega's en externe partners.
