Ben jij sterk in opvolging, hou je graag overzicht en krijg je energie van een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou. Voor een internationale industriële organisatie in volle groei zoeken we een Purchase & Order Coordinator die ervoor zorgt dat bestellingen, leveringen en leveranciersopvolging van A tot Z vlot verlopen. Je bent geen klassieke strategische buyer die vooral bezig is met sourcing en onderhandelingen. In deze rol ligt de nadruk op operationele aankoop, orderopvolging, communicatie en probleemoplossing.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Je beheert het volledige purchase-to-pay-proces.
  • Je zet bestelaanvragen om in purchase orders en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt orderbevestigingen en levertermijnen.
  • Je grijpt proactief in wanneer een levering vertraging oploopt.
  • Je volgt goederenontvangsten en facturen mee op.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en blijft opvolgen tot problemen zijn opgelost.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met productie om behoeften en leveringen goed op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je bent het operationele aanspreekpunt tussen aankoop en de verschillende sites.
  • Je houdt productie, logistiek, finance en commerciële teams op de hoogte wanneer er risico’s of afwijkingen zijn.
  • Je analyseert data en ondersteunt bij forecasts en KPI-rapportering.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en kostenbesparingen.
  • Je ondersteunt verbeter- en cost-savingprojecten.
  • Je waakt mee over de naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en wettelijke vereisten binnen aankoop en leveranciersafspraken.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • De studierichting is minder belangrijk dan je maturiteit en manier van werken.
  • Je hebt interesse in aankoop, supply chain of ordermanagement.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je kan meerdere dossiers tegelijk beheren en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je neemt ownership en wacht niet af wanneer iets dreigt vast te lopen.
  • Je durft leveranciers te bellen, intern af te stemmen en indien nodig te escaleren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt gemakkelijk samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en proactief.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en ERP-systemen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je voelt je goed in een organisatie die groeit, verandert en verder digitaliseert.
