Ben jij klaar voor een sleutelrol in een groeiend productiebedrijf waar inkoop meer is dan alleen bestellen? Samen met twee collega’s vorm je het hart van de aankooporganisatie — een hecht team waarin iedereen zijn eigen leveranciers beheert, verantwoordelijkheden deelt en ruimte krijgt om te specialiseren.

Als Purchase Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille en het tijdig inkopen van producten en diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals engineering, verkoop, productie en logistiek om de beste resultaten te behalen.

Een greep uit je taken:

  • Beheren van een vaste leveranciersportefeuille met oog voor kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie
  • Onderhouden en versterken van leveranciersrelaties
  • Tijdig plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen binnen afgesproken voorwaarden
  • Afstemmen met interne afdelingen om leveringen en productie optimaal te laten verlopen
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verbetering van aankoopprocessen en samenwerking
  • Fungeren als key user voor het ERP-systeem (Business Central/MRP) en meedenken over systeemoptimalisatie
  • Je hebt ervaring in een aankoopfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen (zoals Business Central) is een sterke troef
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert uitstekend in teamverband
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je verder ontwikkelen in je specialisatie
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
