Seizoen, kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid én herkomst bepalen samen waar en wanneer jij jouw producten inkoopt. Als Purchaser ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het wereldwijd inkopen van fruit en groente. Je werkt in een internationale markt waarin prijzen, seizoenen en beschikbaarheid continu veranderen. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat Energy Food Ingredients op het juiste moment de juiste keuzes maakt en bouw je aan sterke relaties met leveranciers. - Wereldwijd sourcen en inkopen van fruit en groente en actief zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en inkoopmogelijkheden; - Volgen van oogsten, marktprijzen, beschikbaarheid en andere ontwikkelingen die invloed hebben op jouw inkoopbeslissingen; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met leveranciers over de hele wereld; - Onderhandelen over o.a. prijzen, volumes, kwaliteitseisen en andere commerciële voorwaarden; - Intensief afstemmen met Sales, Quality, Logistics en Operations zodat inkoop goed aansluit op de vraag vanuit de markt. Je legt makkelijk contact en weet relaties op een natuurlijke manier op te bouwen en te onderhouden. Je bent betrouwbaar en combineert commercieel gevoel met een scherp oog voor cijfers en details. Ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt, behoud je het overzicht, schakel je snel en pak je kansen proactief op. - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in commerciële of logistieke richting; - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen inkoop; - Ervaring binnen de groente en fruit en/of food is een sterke pré; - Uitstekende beheersing...
