Voor een internationale productieonderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Purchasing & Sourcing Manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de aankoopactiviteiten en sourcingstrategie van meerdere vestigingen.

Je krijgt de kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen binnen een internationale organisatie waar aankoop een strategische impact heeft op het succes van de onderneming.Naast het uitwerken van aankoopstrategieën krijg je ook de ruimte om mensen te coachen, processen te verbeteren en mee richting te geven aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Jouw taken:

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert aankoop- en sourcingstrategieën die bijdragen aan de operationele en financiële doelstellingen.
  • Je beheert het volledige aankoopproces voor meerdere vestigingen.
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en bouwt duurzame partnerships uit.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met operations, supply chain en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en supply chain risico's op en neemt proactief actie waar nodig.
  • Je stuurt een internationaal team van aankopers aan, begeleidt hen in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een positieve teamsfeer.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van bedrijfsrichtlijnen, procedures en ethische standaarden.

- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een strategische aankoop- of sourcingfunctie binnen een productieomgeving.

- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teams.

- Je communiceert vlot in het Engels; kennis Frans is een sterke troef.

- Je bent bereid om regelmatig tussen verschillende vestigingen te reizen.
