Voor een dynamische en technisch georiënteerde productieomgeving in de regio Kortrijk ben ik op zoek naar een QA Engineer die een actieve rol wil spelen in het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen zowel productie- als montageprocessen. In deze functie combineer je analytisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om een hoog kwaliteitsniveau te garanderen. Je komt terecht in een groeiende en internationaal gerichte organisatie waar innovatie, vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan. Hier krijg je de kans om impact te maken en kwaliteit structureel te verankeren in de dagelijkse werking.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je zet kwaliteitsprocessen op en optimaliseert deze met oog op efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je voert interne audits uit en begeleidt deze om de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen.
  • Je ondersteunt productie bij het verbeteren van productkwaliteit en volgt KPI's en rapportages op.
  • Je analyseert klachten en afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar structurele oplossingen via methodieken zoals root cause analysis.
  • Je werkt samen met leveranciers om de inkomende kwaliteit te verbeteren en op te volgen.
  • Je bent betrokken bij nieuwe productontwikkelingen en ondersteunt bij validaties van processen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het verhogen van kwaliteitsbewustzijn door collega's te trainen en te begeleiden.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmethodieken en past deze vlot toe in de praktijk.
