Jobomschrijving

  • Bewaken, verbeteren en verder uitbouwen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van laboratoriummedewerkers
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en implementeren van corrigerende en preventieve acties
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits
  • Behandelen van klantenklachten en vertalen van analyses naar duurzame verbeterinitiatieven
  • Waarborgen van traceerbaarheid en productkwaliteit doorheen de volledige keten
  • Actueel houden van kwaliteitsdocumentatie, procedures en werkinstructies
  • Versterken van de kwaliteitscultuur en het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie
  • Bachelor of Master in Voedingsmiddelentechnologie, Chemie, Biotechnologie of gelijkwaardig.
  • Ervaring binnen een Quality Assurance-functie in een productie- of voedingsomgeving.
  • Affiniteit met voedselveiligheid, audits en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Eerste ervaring in het begeleiden of aansturen van medewerkers is een sterke troef.
