IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Du entscheidest, wie getestet wird (manuell, automatisiert, unter Last), welche Tools genutzt werden und wo getestet wird (Test-Server, Test-App). Du richtest passende Umgebungen und Testdaten ein und achtest darauf, dass Aufwand und Nutzen im Gleichgewicht sind

* Du baust klare Regeln auf, wer was testet, setzt viel Automatik in der Pipeline ein und definierst Stoppschilder vor dem Release. Jede Änderung läuft automatisch durch Kurztests (Startet die App? Login ok?), nachts läuft die große Regression - live geht's nur, wenn keine roten Fehler offen sind

* Du übersetzt Risiken in Testtiefe: Wo lohnt viel Test, wo reicht wenig. Beim Login mit Face/Touch ID erhöhst du Sicherheits- und Freigabe-Tests (z. B. PSD2), beim Farbwechsel eines Buttons genügt ein kurzer Sicht-Check

* Du stellst sicher, dass Anforderungen testbar formuliert sind, sauber an die Automation übergeben werden und alle Beweise (Screenshots/Logs) nachvollziehbar abgelegt sind. Du moderierst die Übergaben zwischen Spezifikation, Automatisierung und Durchführung und räumst Blocker aus dem Weg

SKILL SET:

* Mit deinem IT-Abschluss (HTL/FH/Uni) bringst du das Fundament mit

* 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im automatisierten Software Testing und Testmanagement lassen dich Prioritäten setzen

* Du bist souverän im Umgang mit Testmanagement-Tools und so sorgst du für transparente Nachvollziehbarkeit und knackige Reports

* Idealerweise kannst du eine ISTQB Zertifizierung vorweisen

* Zudem schreibst und sprichst du Deutsch und Englisch so klar, dass alle sofort verstehen, was Sache ist.

* Wenn du die Tests planst und danach die Apps & die Kundensoftware reibungslos laufen, danken es dir weit mehr als 1000 Kunden

* Testing & Testpläne schreiben ist eben mehr als dieser "Einstiegsjob in die Entwicklung" - du kannst hier zeigen, wie wertvoll deine Expertise ist

Mindestgehalt

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 3.300 und EUR 4.000 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
