The posting

Packyard Pharma B.V. is een speciaaldrukkerij van zelfklevende etiketten op rol sinds 1978. Wij produceren hoogwaardige zelfklevende etiketten en sinds 2000 produceren wij ook blisterfolie en flexibele verpakkingen voor sachets.

Wij gebruiken zowel conventionele als digitale druktechnieken en leveren wereldwijd aan klanten in allerlei branches. Onze grootste klanten zijn klanten uit de farmaceutische industrie / ziekenhuizen.

Binnen Packyard Pharma is er sprake van een open en informele cultuur. Ons gehele team bestaat uit ongeveer 50 medewerkers. Sinds juni 2018 is Packyard Pharma onderdeel van de Packyard groep met 4 vestigingen in België (Packyard BE), Nederland (Packyard NL en Packyard Pharma) en Frankrijk (Packyard FR). Packyard Pharma is ISO 9001 en BRC gecertificeerd en werkt volgens de GMP richtlijnen.

QC Medewerker

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag bij QC is hetzelfde. Afhankelijk van de drukte en de productieplanning keur je de op te starten orders aan de drukpers goed, controleer je de orderdossiers en geef je deze vrij ter verzending naar de klant en voer je ingangscontroles uit op binnengekomen werk van derden. Je verwerkt interne klachten en je voert inspectierondes uit.

Bij afwijkingen in het product, overleg je met de betreffende collega’s om alles zo goed mogelijk te regelen voor de klant. Van al deze processen dient de administratie juist en volledig bijgehouden te worden.

Wie ben je:

Als QC medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en registeren van de productkwaliteit aan de hand van vastgelegde specificaties en het controleren van de kritische proces- en product parameters. Je rapporteert aan de QA manager.

Je vindt het belangrijk dat het product voldoet aan de specificaties en maakt je hier hard voor. Ook ben je een teamplayer en kan je makkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je bent flexibel en bereidt om in 2 ploegen te werken.
