Ben jij de QC-verantwoordelijke die de productie naar een hoger niveau tilt?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen de volledige productieomgeving. Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert kwaliteitsprocedures, volgt processen nauwgezet op en werkt intensief samen met verschillende afdelingen om de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen te garanderen. Dankzij jouw expertise voldoen de producten steeds aan alle wettelijke vereisten én aan de verwachtingen van de klant.

Jouw dagelijkse uitdaging?

✓ Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt kwaliteitsprocedures en ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van HACCP-, GMP- en andere relevante normen

✓ Je controleert inkomende grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op grondstoffen, processen en eindproducten

✓ Je analyseert kwaliteits- en productiegegevens, rapporteert hierover en initieert verbeteracties om processen en productkwaliteit continu te optimaliseren

✓ Je beheert meet- en analyseapparatuur, inclusief kalibratie, onderhoud en correcte registratie van resultaten

✓ Je stuurt het QC‑team aan, plant de werkzaamheden en organiseert opleidingen rond hygiëne, kwaliteitsprocedures en voedselveiligheid

  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voedingsmiddelentechnologie, procestechnologie of een gelijkaardige richting, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
