Heb jij een sterke interesse in kwaliteit, veiligheid, welzijn en milieu en voel je je thuis in een productieomgeving? Als QESH Coordinator krijg je een centrale rol binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het QESH-beleid niet alleen correct wordt uitgewerkt en opgevolgd, maar ook echt leeft op de werkvloer. Daarbij combineer je advies en administratie met een sterke aanwezigheid tussen de medewerkers.

  • Optreden als interne preventieadviseur niveau 2 en advies verlenen rond welzijn, veiligheid en gezondheid
  • QESH-programma's en processen verder ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen binnen de organisatie
  • Klachten, incidenten, arbeidsongevallen en onveilige situaties onderzoeken en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Medewerkers actief betrekken bij het QESH-beleid door regelmatig aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer en deel te nemen aan overlegmomenten
  • Instaan voor een correcte implementatie en toepassing van de BRC-standaard, met bijzondere aandacht voor klanten actief binnen de voedingssector
  • Opleidingen en informatiemomenten organiseren om medewerkers en verantwoordelijken bewust te maken van het geldende QESH-beleid
  • Klanten professioneel te woord staan bij vragen over kwaliteit, kwaliteitsdocumenten en vragenlijsten
  • De nodige keuringen beheren en hiervoor nauw samenwerken met de technische dienst
  • Informatie verzamelen voor de jaarlijkse milieuaangiftes, in samenspraak met een externe milieupartner
  • Wetgeving en nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen QESH nauwgezet opvolgen en deze vertalen naar het interne beleid
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe preventie- en andere betrokken diensten
  • De rol van secretaris binnen het CPBW opnemen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve en inhoudelijke opvolging
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen QESH, preventie, kwaliteit of een gelijkaardige functie is belangrijk, bij voorkeur opgedaan in een productieomgeving
  • In het bezit zijn van een getuigschrift Preventieadviseur niveau 2 is een vereiste
  • De jaarlijkse verplichte vormingen rond preventie volg je nauwgezet op
  • Techniek en productieprocessen spreken je aan en je begrijpt de uitdagingen die hiermee gepaard gaan op vlak van kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Een vlotte communicator die graag tussen de mensen staat en medewerkers op een positieve manier weet te sensibiliseren en motiveren
  • Dankzij een gestructureerde aanpak weet je verschillende verantwoordelijkheden te combineren en de juiste prioriteiten te stellen
  • Problemen pak je proactief aan en je denkt actief mee over haalbare en duurzame oplossingen
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met voldoende kennis van het Engels en Frans
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen gaat voor jou hand in hand met een goede samenwerking met collega's en externe partners
