De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als QHSE Coördinator in Deerlijk?

  • Je bent strategisch en operationeel betrokken in het ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van het QHSE-beleid
  • Als expert in preventie, milieu en kwaliteit, ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor externe audits, certificeringen en wetgeving
  • Je voert interne inspecties en risicoanalyses uit en initieert verbeteracties en actieplannen waar nodig
  • Een gezonde werkplaats creëren door het veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn te verhogen van medewerkers

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en een attest als preventieadviseur
  • Werkervaring binnen veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en/of kwaliteit is een troef
  • Je hebt kennis van ISO-normen of bent bereid hierin bij te leren
  • Een analytische en probleemoplossende mindset waarmee je verbeteringen structureel aanpakt
