In diesem Pharmaunternehmen wird die Qualifizierungsabteilung aktuell zur zentralen Qualitätsdrehscheibe ausgebaut. Gesucht sind Menschen, die tief im Thema stecken, genauso wie jene, die erste Schritte in Richtung Qualifizierung und GMP gemacht haben und jetzt den nächsten Gang einlegen wollen. Sie begleiten Projekte von "Planung auf Papier" bis "freigegebene Anlage" und bringen Struktur in komplexe technische Fragestellungen. Damit stellen Sie sicher, dass jedes Produkt auf einer stabilen, auditfesten Basis entsteht.

* Qualitätsmanagement / Qualitätssicherung

Aufgabengebiet

* Weiterentwicklung der Qualifizierungsprozesse mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und Compliance

* Planung und Durchführung von Qualifizierungen pharmazeutischer Anlagen und Prozesse von der Konzeption bis zur Freigabe

* Steuerung von DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ und Requalifizierungen sowie Sicherstellung des qualifizierten Anlagenstatus gemäß GMP

* Bewertung von Changes hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf qualifizierte Systeme

* Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Qualifizierungsdokumenten, Risikoanalysen und technischen Berichten

* Auswertung von Mess und Prüfergebnissen sowie Leitung komplexer Qualifizierungsprojekte und Vertretung bei Audits und Behördeninspektionen

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie o. Ä.

* Erfahrung in der Qualifizierung pharmazeutischer Anlagen und Systeme sowie in der Prozessvalidierung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP Anforderungen sowie Know-how im Bereich der ALCOA+ Prinzipien

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
