Wir möchten gerne unser bestehendes Team verstärken, diesbezüglich können wir Ihnen nachstehendes Stellenangebot anbieten: 1 Qualifizierte_r Facharbeiter_in im Bereich unserer Malerei *** Vollzeit (39 Std./Wo.) / Arbeitsort-Firmensitz: Ohlsdorf - Einsatzgebiet: Bezirk Gmunden, bzw. Oberösterreich und angrenzendes Salzburg / Arbeitsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung, bzw. ab sofort möglich

AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Diverse Malereitätigkeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich

* Anstriche, Fassaden, Vollwärmeschutzisolierung, Stuckarbeiten, etc.

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise positiv abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Fachbereich

* Führerschein Gruppe "B"

* Körperlich belastbar

* Genau, ordentlich, verlässlich

* Engagiert, flexibel (Überstundenbereitschaft) und gewöhnt selbstständig zu arbeiten

* Freundliches Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen - teamfähig

* Bei männlichen Bewerbern abgeleisteter Präsenz-/Zivildienst

Folgende Kompetenzen runden ihr Profil vorzugsweise noch zusätzlich ab:

* Bauerrichtungskenntnisse, Beschichtungstechnik, Dämm- und Isolierkenntnisse, Fassadenbau, Gerüstbaukenntnisse, Malen und Anstreichen, Schleiftechnik

ARBEITSORT / EREICHBARKEIT:

Firmensitz: 4694 Ohlsdorf, Buchenstraße 4 - für die Erreichbarkeit unseres Betriebes ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil, sollten Sie aber kein Fahrzeug besitzen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte trotzdem, es besteht ab unserem Betrieb in Ohlsdorf jedenfalls die Möglichkeit, mit einem Firmenbus mitzufahren oder unterwegs zuzusteigen!

Einsatzgebiet ist vorwiegend im Bezirk Gmunden, aber auch in den angrenzenden Bezirken, fallweise in ganz Oberösterreich und im angrenzenden Salzburg, wobei mit einer täglichen Heimkehr gerechnet werden kann!

ARBEITSZEIT / ENTLOHNUNG / SONSTIGES:

* Dauerstelle

* Arbeitsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung, bzw. ab sofort möglich

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß einer 39 Std.-/5 Tage-Woche

* Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Donnerstag zwischen 7:00 und 16:00 Uhr, freitags bis 12:00 Uhr

* Entlohnung: laut aktuell gültigen Kollektivvertrag, selbstverständlich mit einer Überzahlung je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Die Entlohnung entspricht sicher unseren gemeinsamen Erwartungen - wir vereinbaren diese in unserem persönlichen Gespräch vor Ort!
