·Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Freigabe von Prüf- und Verfahrensanweisungen im Bereich der zerstörungsfreien Prüfung

·Planung und Durchführung von Prüfungen gemäß vertraglichen Anforderungen sowie relevanten Normen und Richtlinien

·Auswahl geeigneter Prüfmethoden für Oberflächen- und Volumenprüfungen

·Koordination qualitätsrelevanter Aktivitäten mit internen Fachbereichen, Kund:innen und Lieferanten

·Durchführung von Lieferanteninspektionen und Abnahmeprüfungen

·Sicherstellung der Einhaltung projektbezogener Qualitätsanforderungen sowie Erstellung und Freigabe entsprechender Qualitätsdokumentationen

Betreuung von Qualifizierungs- und Zertifizierungsprozessen im NDT-Umfeld

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

·Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in projektorientierten Industrieumgebungen, vorzugsweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau

·Zertifizierung im Bereich zerstörungsfreie Prüfung (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) Level II oder III gemäß EN ISO 9712 oder vergleichbar

·Erfahrung mit Normen wie SNT-TC-1A von Vorteil

·Kenntnisse im Umgang mit geschweißten, geschmiedeten oder gegossenen Bauteilen

·Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

·Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch

Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 60 %)
