Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

* Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb aller MVNO-Systeme und technischen Schnittstellen sicher, analysierst kontinuierlich KPIs, regulatorische Vorgaben und SLAs und koordinierst dich eng mit Netzbetreiber*innen und Plattformanbieter*innen, inklusive Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings

* Du betreust das Incident-Management und leitest daraus kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Systeme gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partner*innen ab

* Du verantwortest die korrekte Rechnungsabwicklung mit Netzbetreiber*innen, Plattformanbieter*innen und weiteren Zulieferer*innen und klärst alle Schnittstellenthemen im Bereich Billing

* Du fungierst als technische Schnittstelle zu Netzbetreiber*innen und Plattformanbieter*innen, etwa bei SIM/eSIM-Verwaltung, Bestellungen, NÜV-Informationen, Rufnummernmitnahmen und Systemeinstellungen wie Templates

* Du koordinierst alle Web- und App-relevanten Themen des MVNO in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Worauf es uns ankommt

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder gleichwertige Praxis im Telco-Betrieb

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Betrieb von MVNO sowie im Aufbau eines regelmäßige Betriebsreports

* Fundierte Erfahrung in Billing-/Charging-Prozessen im Telco-Umfeld

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Excel (z.B Makros, Pivot) und Power BI sowie mit ERP-Systeme

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Denken in Prozessen und Abläufen

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 57.800 ,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
