Unser Standort in Unna führt vor allem in den Bereichen Automobil, Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie Energieerzeugung kontrolliertes Kugelstrahlen und technisches Beschichten im Auftrag unserer Kunden durch.

Qualitätsmanager (m/w/x)

Ihre Aufgaben: • Entwicklung und Überprüfung von Qualitätskonzepten und -prozessen • Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner und externer Audits sowie Schulungen • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen bei internen und externen Beschwerden • Festlegung und Überprüfung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen • Organisation und Durchführung von Prozessfreigaben • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität • Erstellung und Überprüfung von Prozessbeschreibungen

Ihr Profil • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise mit Spezialisierung im Qualitätsmanagement • Praktische Arbeitsweise • Hervorragende Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programme • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement in der Automobil- oder Luftfahrtindustrie oder in deren Zulieferbereich • Relevante Kenntnisse der ISO-9000-Normen (u. a. 9001 und 9100) • Eine Ausbildung zum Auditor oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche Ausbildung zu absolvieren • Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Prozessaffinität und technisches Verständnis sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Englischkenntnisse
