Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in 4030 Linz 2 Qualitätsprüfer_in / Werkstoffprüfer_in Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf

* Erfahrung im Bereich Werkstoffprüfung, Messtechnik und Qualitätssicherung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ISO 9712

* Kenntnisse in zerstörungsfreien Prüfverfahren (VT, PT, MT und UT)

* Gute Kenntnisse in der visuellen, magnetpulver- oder Farbeindringprüfung, Grundkenntnisse im Bereich UT

* Erfahrung mit Positions-, Form- und Lagetoleranzmessungen wünschenswert

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP von Vorteil

* Deutsch entsprechend der Stelle und gutes Englisch

* Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen für Schulungszwecke

* Bereitschaft zu 2-Schicht

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und technisches Verständnis

* Kranschein wünschenswert

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Mechanische Prüfungen: Maßprüfungen von Bauteilen (Längen-, Breiten-, Geradheits-, Ebenheits- und Rundheitsmessungen)

* Durchführung von Zylinderform-, Flächenform- und Symmetriemessungen

* Qualitätsmessungen wie Rechtwinkeligkeits- und Neigungsmessungen

* Durchführung von Gewindeprüfungen

* Zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen: Durchführung von Prüfungen in VT, PT, MT und von Schweißkomponenten

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ISO 9712 Stufe 2

* Erstellung von Prüfberichten, Dokumentationen und Abweichungsberichten

* Unterstützung bei Lieferfreigabemeldungen

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Stunden/Woche bei 2-Schicht

* Der Bruttostundenlohn beträgt ab € 20,83 + Zulagen
