Als Qualitätstechniker bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fertigung, Entwicklung/Engineering und externen Partnern in qualitätsrelevanten Belangen. Du stellst die Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktqualität in der Serienfertigung sicher, steuerst Qualitätsprozesse aktiv und koordinierst bei Abweichungen und Änderungen. Deine Aufgaben

> Du verantwortest die Qualitätsplanung und -dokumentation, erstellst Prüfpläne, legst Prüfumfänge fest und optimierst diese. Dazu gehört auch die Erstellung von Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen sowie die Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Koordination von Bemusterungen

> In der Qualitätssicherung der Serienproduktion überwachst und bewertest du fertigungsbegleitende Prüfungen, verwaltest gesperrte Bestände und leitest bei Qualitätsabweichungen umgehend Problemlösungsprozesse (z.B. 8D-Report) ein.

> Du stellst die Implementierung und Wirksamkeitskontrolle von Abstellmaßnahmen sicher und dokumentierst diese nachhaltig

> Zudem wirkst du bei Produktaudits und Requalifikationen mit

Dein Profil

> Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. als Techniker oder Meister) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung

> Du besitzt sicheren Umgang mit Office Anwendungen

> Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und starke analytische Fähigkeiten aus

> Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für dich selbstverständlich

> Du bringst Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit mit
