Je analyseert kwaliteitsdata, volgt klachten op en ondersteunt verbeterinitiatieven. Functieomschrijving Als Quality Assurance Analyst speel je een cruciale rol in het borgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen onze productieomgeving. Jij bent de schakel tussen management, collega's en processen als het gaat om continue verbetering en kwaliteitsborging. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Verzamelen, analyseren en opvolgen van klantklachten - Vastleggen en implementeren van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen - Analyseren van kwaliteitsdata en rapporteren aan het management - Beheren van wijzigingen in producten en processen inclusief documentatie - Onderhouden en verbeteren van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen - Initiëren en begeleiden van procesverbeteringen en verbeterprojecten - Adviseren van collega's en management op het gebied van kwaliteit Wil jij impact maken door processen te verbeteren en de kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau te tillen?
