The posting

Voor een productiebedrijf actief in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Coach die kwaliteit op de werkvloer verder helpt verankeren.

In deze rol maak je deel uit van het kwaliteitsteam en werk je intensief samen met productie, shiftleaders en teamleaders. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij de correcte toepassing van kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen.

Door jouw coachende aanpak help je teams groeien in hun verantwoordelijkheden en draag je bij aan een cultuur waarin kwaliteit, orde en netheid vanzelfsprekend zijn. Daarnaast ondersteun je de organisatie bij de voorbereiding en begeleiding van interne en externe audits.

Begeleiding op de werkvloer Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij de praktische toepassing van kwaliteits- en hygiënestandaarden. Door coaching en gerichte feedback help je teams om procedures correct en consequent toe te passen.

Daarnaast begeleid je de productieafdelingen bij de voorbereiding van interne en externe audits en zorg je ervoor dat de verwachtingen rond kwaliteit duidelijk zijn voor alle betrokkenen.

Kwaliteitsopvolging en verbeterinitiatieven Je voert regelmatig rondgangen uit op de werkvloer waarbij je aandacht besteedt aan GMP, 5S, hygiëne, orde en netheid. Tijdens deze observaties identificeer je verbeterpunten en bespreek je deze met de betrokken teams.

Je analyseert bestaande werkwijzen en procedures en formuleert voorstellen om processen verder te optimaliseren en een consistente aanpak te realiseren over de verschillende productieafdelingen.

Opleiding en kennisdeling Je organiseert opleidingen rond kwaliteits- en hygiënerichtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers voldoende inzicht hebben in de geldende normen en procedures.

Ook bij de opstart van nieuwe medewerkers speel je een ondersteunende rol door hen wegwijs te maken in de kwaliteitsvereisten binnen de organisatie.

Rapportering en samenwerking Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis over observaties, uitgevoerde acties en aandachtspunten die tijdens rondgangen of coachingmomenten naar voren komen.

Daarnaast neem je deel aan operationele overlegmomenten en stem je regelmatig af met de afdelingen kwaliteit en productie.

  • Je beschikt over ruime ervaring binnen kwaliteitsbeheer in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een constructieve manier te motiveren
  • Je combineert een kritische blik met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van kwaliteitsstandaarden zoals IFS, BRC en GMP
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, aangevuld met Engels en/of Frans
  • Je kan terugvallen op minstens tien jaar relevante ervaring
