Met jouw analytische blik zorg je ervoor dat alleen producten van de hoogste kwaliteit worden verwerkt. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan betrouwbare machines en een soepel productieproces. Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Control Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van inkomende materialen voor onze opdrachtgever. Je inspecteert technische componenten, legt kwaliteitsafwijkingen vast en onderzoekt de oorzaken van leveringsproblemen. Daarbij werk je zorgvuldig met kwaliteitsregistraties, specificaties en meetgegevens om te waarborgen dat materialen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoen. Door jouw gestructureerde werkwijze worden afwijkingen tijdig herkend en opgelost. Daarnaast beheer je meetmiddelen en coördineer je kalibratieprocessen om betrouwbare metingen te waarborgen. Je start verbeterprojecten op basis van data en werkt aan structurele oplossingen die de kwaliteit van producten en processen verbeteren. Ook heb je contact met leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen om kwaliteitsverbeteringen door te voeren. Met jouw technische kennis en aandacht voor detail draag je bij aan een betrouwbaar en efficiënt productieproces.
