Ben jij een gedreven Quality Coördinator met een passie voor procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteitsverbetering? Duco is op zoek naar een Quality Coördinator die mee de kwaliteit van onze productie en leveranciers naar een hoger niveau tilt!

Jouw functie

Als Quality Coördinator ben jij een sleutelfiguur in ons kwaliteitsbeheer, zowel binnen de productie als in samenwerking met leveranciers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden en werkt mee aan onze missie om duurzame en innovatieve ventilatiesystemen te produceren. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Samenwerking met leveranciers: Jij bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en communiceert duidelijk over onze productie- en kwaliteitseisen. Je beoordeelt leveranciers en ondersteunt hen bij validatieactiviteiten.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je analyseert productieprocessen, geeft aanbevelingen en werkt samen met R&D en Process Engineering om efficiënte assemblagelijnen te ontwerpen.
  • Kwaliteitsoplossingen: Je coördineert het oplossen van kwaliteit gerelateerde productieproblemen en draagt bij aan operationele verbeteringen.
  • Samenwerking binnen DUCO: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van operations, supply chain en R&D.
  • Rapportage: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Quality Manager.
  • Je behaalde een technische bachelor of master.
  • Je kijkt terug op minstens een 3-tal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met Lean Six Sigma is een sterke plus.
  • Een Green Belt certificaat (of hoger) is mooi meegenomen..
  • Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler.
  • Jouw projectmatige aanpak is analytisch en gestructureerd.
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en streeft naar het behalen van deadlines.
  • Je hebt een vloeiende kennis van Nederlands en Engels
