In deze functie krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Je controleert producten zorgvuldig, voert waar nodig kleine correcties uit en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen wordt afgewerkt. Je werkt in een gestructureerde omgeving waarin je de tijd krijgt om de werking goed te leren kennen en jouw kennis verder uit te bouwen. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat enkel kwalitatieve producten hun weg naar de klant vinden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je controleert producten nauwkeurig op fouten, afwijkingen en afwerkingskwaliteit en je voert kleine correcties uit wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je verwerkt controles en bevindingen correct in het systeem en je werkt geconcentreerd en houdt ook bij repetitieve controles je aandacht erbij
  • Je sorteert, verwerkt en zet producten correct klaar voor de volgende stap en je werkt nauw samen met de collega's van productie en communiceert wanneer je afwijkingen vaststelt
  • Je draagt mee zorg voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving en je leert de verschillende kwaliteitscontroles en technieken stap voor stap aan op de werkvloer

Wie nauwkeurig werkt, initiatief toont en graag blijft bijleren, krijgt de ruimte om zich verder te ontwikkelen en op termijn extra verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail en je haalt voldoening uit kwalitatief werk en merkt het wanneer iets niet helemaal juist zit
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands om vlot samen te werken en werkinstructies te begrijpen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een productieomgeving of met kwaliteitscontrole en je staat open om nieuwe technieken en controles aan te leren
