Heb jij een scherp oog voor detail en wil je mee bepalen of een product écht aan de kwaliteitsvereisten voldoet? Als Kwaliteitscontroleur speel je een belangrijke rol binnen een technisch productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige metalen en kunststof onderdelen. Je combineert praktische kwaliteitscontroles met documentatie en opvolging van afwijkingen en werkt nauw samen met ervaren Quality Engineers.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op geproduceerde onderdelen, met focus op pers- en spuitgietwerk, en bewaakt dat producten aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoen.
  • Je ondersteunt Quality Engineers bij het bewaken, analyseren en continu verbeteren van de product- en proceskwaliteit.
  • Je stelt kwaliteitsdocumentatie op, verzamelt de nodige gegevens en controleert dossiers op juistheid en volledigheid.
  • Je registreert kwaliteitsafwijkingen en volgt corrigerende maatregelen nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij interne en externe audits en zorgt mee voor een correcte voorbereiding en documentatie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen QA/QC-processen en draagt bij aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur op de productievloer.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen metaal, lassen, mechanica of een aanverwante richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of een sterke interesse in kwaliteitscontrole binnen een technische of industriële productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen zoals ISO en/of IATF is een duidelijke troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en combineert technisch inzicht met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent administratief vaardig, communicatief sterk en kunt vlot overweg met MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een bijkomende troef.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
