Ben jij iemand die met een scherp oog detail en hygiëne combineert? Voel je je in je element tussen verse producten, draaiende machines en meetinstrumenten?

Voor een producent van verse en diepgevroren groenten zoeken we een Quality Controller die graag met beide voeten in het hart van de productie staat. Jij waakt over de kwaliteit van het volledige proces: van binnenkomende groenten tot verpakte eindproducten.

In deze functie sta je 70% van je tijd op de werkvloer voor kwaliteitscontroles, staalnames en procesopvolging. De overige 30% spendeer je aan bacteriologisch onderzoek en administratie. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat inzet op samenwerking, structuur en voedselveiligheid, en krijgt een degelijke opleiding om snel zelfstandig mee te draaien.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als kwaliteitsmedewerker controleer je dagelijks de kwaliteit van de aanvoer, de snij- en blancheerprocessen, het invriezen en de verpakking van groenten
  • Tijdens de productie neem je stalen af, bewaak je de kritische controlepunten en grijp je in wanneer nodig
  • Je stelt optische sorteerders juist af om afwijkingen tijdig op te vangen en de kwaliteit te waarborgen
  • In het interne labo voer je bacteriologische analyses uit en verwerk je de resultaten met oog voor detail
  • Samen met je team volg je de kwaliteitsdata op en registreer je die correct volgens de geldende hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsprocedures
  • Je hebt een bachelor in voeding, agro-industrie, biologie of gelijkaardig
  • Schoolverlater? Geen probleem: jouw motivatie en leergierigheid zijn hier minstens zo belangrijk
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
