Ben jij een kwaliteitsbewuste professional die graag de brug slaat tussen administratie en de werkvloer?

Voor een groeiend voedingsbedrijf met meerdere winkels in de regio Mechelen–Lier zoeken wij een gedreven Quality Controller die kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Dit bedrijf staat bekend om zijn ambachtelijke, dagelijks verse en smaakvolle producten: van krokante pistolets en vers brood tot belegde broodjes en meeneemgerechten. Kwaliteit en klantentevredenheid staan centraal en daar speel jij een sleutelrol in.

In deze hybride functie zorg jij ervoor dat het kwaliteitssysteem niet alleen op papier klopt, maar vooral ook in de praktijk consistent wordt toegepast.

Je verdeelt je tijd tussen:

  • Administratieve opvolging en kwaliteitsdocumentatie op kantoor
  • Actieve aanwezigheid op de productievloer, waar je mee toeziet op de uitvoering van kwaliteitsnormen
  • Zo krijg je een uniek 360° overzicht van alle processen en maak je dagelijks zichtbaar impact.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

1. Systeembeheer & Administratieve Borging (Kantoor) Documentatiebeheer

  • Uitwerken en up-to-date houden van het kwaliteitssysteem
  • Schrijven en actualiseren van procedures, werkinstructies en registratieformulieren
  • Opstellen van technische fiches en bijhouden van klantenspecificaties

Analyse & Rapportage

  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van kwaliteitsdata
  • Opstellen van analyses en ondersteuning bij rapportages

Actieplanning

  • Beheren van de centrale actielijst op basis van input van de werkvloer en auditresultaten
  • Overzicht bewaken van openstaande verbeterpunten

Klachtenbeheer

  • Administratieve opvolging van klachten
  • Opstellen van actieplannen

Auditvoorbereiding

  • Ondersteuning van de Quality Manager bij administratieve voorbereiding van interne en externe audits

2. Operationele Controle & Implementatie (Werkvloer)

Controles

  • Uitvoeren van geplande GMP- en kwaliteitscontroles (wegen, meten, visueel)

Staalnames

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van staalnames volgens plan

Registratie-opvolging

  • Controleren of productieregistraties correct, volledig en tijdig worden ingevuld — zowel voor productie als reiniging

Implementatie van acties

  • Handhaven en opvolgen van corrigerende maatregelen
  • Zorgen dat beslissingen en verbeteracties effectief worden toegepast op de werkvloer
  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in voeding, administratie of kwaliteit.
  • Ervaring in een voedingsbedrijf is een plus.
  • Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen (HACCP, IFS) is een must.
  • Je bent een organisatorisch talent die even vlot navigeert tussen Excel-sheets en productielijnen.
  • Je combineert analytische nauwkeurigheid met een praktische, hands-on aanpak.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kan taken individueel afronden maar werkt ook zeer sterk binnen een team verband.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en vormt samen met de Quality Manager een brug tussen verschillende afdelingen.
