Quality Controller | Voedingsindustrie

Introductie

Voor een moderne en groeiende organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Controller.

In deze veelzijdige kwaliteitsfunctie waak je dagelijks over de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid van grondstoffen, processen en eindproducten. Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met analytisch inzicht en een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop, R&D en de bredere kwaliteitsafdeling en speelt een actieve rol in het detecteren van afwijkingen, het verbeteren van processen en het verder versterken van de kwaliteitscultuur binnen de organisatie.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je controleert inkomende grondstoffen en beoordeelt of deze voldoen aan de geldende productspecificaties en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles, staalnames en analyses uit en registreert de resultaten correct en gestructureerd.
  • Je onderzoekt afwijkingen en non-conformiteiten en zorgt voor een nauwgezette opvolging van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je stemt kwaliteitsproblemen af met leveranciers en interne afdelingen en helpt structurele oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van het microbiologisch labo en voert waar nodig microbiologische analyses uit.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop en productontwikkeling om de kwaliteit van producten en processen verder te verbeteren.
  • Je bewaakt de correcte toepassing van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsprocedures op de werkvloer.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsgegevens en gebruikt deze om verbeteropportuniteiten te identificeren.
  • Je ondersteunt verbeterprojecten en draagt actief bij aan continuous improvement binnen kwaliteit.
  • Je helpt kwaliteitsbewustzijn verder te verankeren binnen de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Voedingsmiddelentechnologie, Biochemie, Agro- en Biotechnologie of een gelijkaardige richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitscontrole, QA/QC of kwaliteitszorg in een voedings- of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitssystemen en normen zoals HACCP, IFS, BRC of vergelijkbare standaarden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en verwerkt kwaliteitsgegevens correct en overzichtelijk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt voldoening uit het verbeteren van processen en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en productie nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn.
