Jij staat voor kwaliteit en samen met jouw collega's zorg jij ervoor dat je het beste uit het proces weet te halen, zodat de producten aan de wensen van de klant voldoen. Jij weet als geen ander data om te zetten in een heldere analyse en aan de hand van deze analyse een advies uit te brengen richting interne en externe klanten.

Verder herken jij je in het volgende profiel: Je zoekt naar technische uitdagingen, hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen en beschikt over een gestructureerde probleem- en werkaanpak. Tevens ben je communicatief sterk en kun je makkelijk op diverse niveaus constructieve gesprekken voeren. Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden om meetwaardes om te zetten in een duidelijke analyse. Je bent leergierig en je wilt intern bij De Rooy (door) leren. Je beschikt tenminste over een HBO opleiding in de richting Technische Bedrijfskunde, of hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Je hebt kennis van of feeling met het verspaningsproces. Je kan tekening lezen en hebt kennis van vorm- en plaats toleranties. Je bent bekend met de termen 8D, FAI, FMEA, SPC, MSA en APQP.

Jij staat voor kwaliteit en samen met jouw collega's zorg jij ervoor dat je het beste uit het proces weet te halen, zodat de producten aan de wensen van de klant voldoen.

Onze klanten stellen steeds hogere eisen en wij verleggen continue onze grens op het gebied van maakbaarheid en meetbaarheid. Om dit te kunnen realiseren moeten we ervoor zorgen dat we continue verbeteren en dienen we onze procedures goed te borgen. Hierin is een belangrijke rol voor de Quality Engineer weggelegd.

Als Quality Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de borging van ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, zodat de producten voldoen aan onze kwaliteitseisen en de specificaties van de klant. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van andere afdelingen en je treedt in overleg met klanten en leveranciers m.b.t. de geleverde kwaliteit en klachtenafhandeling.
