Onze opdrachtgever is een innovatieve & succesvolle onderneming gevestigd op de as Roeselare-Kortrijk. Ze zijn internationaal actief als ontwikkelaar van robotica en digitale applicaties.

Door positieve commerciële ontwikkelingen zijn zij ter versterking van het team (+/- 80 medewerkers) op zoek naar een (M/V/X):

Quality Engineer QA/QC

Als Quality Engineer ondersteun je de verdere professionalisering van de kwaliteitsafdeling binnen onze organisatie. Je coacht hierin mensen op de werkvloer. Deze functie combineert een hands-on operationele rol op de werkvloer met een analytische en verbeteringsgerichte verantwoordelijkheid. Je rapporteert aan de Quality Manager en werkt in tandem met de Quality Coordinator.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je doet inkomende, tussentijdse en eindcontroles. Je voert metingen en testen uit en ondersteunt bij kalibratie- en meetbeheer. Je registreert en analyseert meetresultaten en non-conformiteiten. Je ondersteunt bij vrijgaven in overleg met de Quality Coordinator. Je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer ter ondersteuning van de productie en voor het bewaken van de naleving bij procedures en kwaliteitsinstructies. Je voert root cause analyses uit (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone) uit en je begeleidt ze. Je initieert corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen en volgt ze op. Je werkt mee aan procesoptimalisaties en kwaliteitsverbeteringsprojecten. Je ondersteunt bij audits en klantvragen en denkt actief mee over verdere professionalisering van kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je hebt een diploma bachelor of master richting elektriciteit, elektromechanica of automatisering.
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een kwaliteitsfunctie binnen een productieomgeving (machinebouw, automotive).
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmetingen en inspectietechnieken en een goede basiskennis van kwaliteitsmethodieken (ISO, RCA, 8D, FMEA is een plus).
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of interesse in data-analyse en procesverbetering.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Naast het Nederlands kan jij je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en heb je een goede basiskennis van het Frans.
