Onze mensen maken het verschil - met kennis, toewijding en een glimlach. Over de functie Ter versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Engineer. Als Quality Engineer zorg je voor een continue optimalisatie van de productieprocessen en controle en borging van de kwaliteit van producten. Het betreft hoogwaardige producten van metaal zoals; plaatwerk, lassamenstellingen en machineonderdelen. De uitdaging is dat we in nauwe samenwerking met de productieafdelingen zorg dragen voor kwaliteit van de producten die we produceren en inkopen. Onze laser, buig -en lasrobots zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van het productieproces, maar kwaliteit en kwaliteitsbewustzijn blijft mensenwerk. Naast controle en inspectie heb je dus ook een coachende rol om te zorgen dat we continue verbeteren en een goede klantperformance blijven realiseren. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit gerelateerde vragen vanuit de productie, klanten en leveranciers. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles (begin-, tussen en eindcontroles, alsook klantafnames en controles bij leveranciers) - Het controleren van producten volgens de normen; 9712 VTW-2, ISO-5817 en ISO-6520 - Het meten van producten en productiemallen - Het beoordelen van (productie)processen en de betrouwbaarheid van output - Opstellen van rapportages en het uitvoeren van audits - Initiatieven initiëren om continu te verbeteren in samenwerking met de k...
