Introductie

Voor een internationaal actieve en sterk groeiende productieorganisatie in regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Engineer. Je komt terecht in een technisch uitdagende maakomgeving waar productontwikkeling, productie en assemblage nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn.

In deze functie krijg je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken én structureel verbeteren van de kwaliteit. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer, analyseert kwaliteitsproblemen en werkt samen met productie, engineering en leveranciers aan duurzame oplossingen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je implementeert en optimaliseert kwaliteitsprocessen binnen productie en assemblage.
  • Je voert interne kwaliteitsaudits uit en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van verbeteracties.
  • Je ondersteunt productie bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken en volgt kwaliteitsrapportages en KPI's op.
  • Je voert root cause analyses uit aan de hand van methodieken zoals 8D, 5 Why en Ishikawa en vertaalt deze naar structurele oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert klantenklachten en initieert de nodige corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je werkt samen met leveranciers om de kwaliteit van inkomende materialen en componenten verder te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt engineering en productontwikkeling bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en werkt mee aan procesvalidaties.
  • Je traint en sensibiliseert medewerkers rond kwaliteitsnormen en draagt actief bij aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur op de werkvloer.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Quality.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor of master, bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, Industriële Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit in een productie- of maakomgeving.
  • Je kent kwaliteitsmethodieken en hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van audits en root cause analyses.
  • Ervaring met Lean of QRM is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend, maar tegelijkertijd voldoende hands-on om verbeteringen op de werkvloer te realiseren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht en weet collega's mee te krijgen in kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in Frans en Engels.
