Quality Engineer | Technische Productie

Introductie

Voor een internationaal actieve organisatie binnen een technische productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Engineer met ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar Quality Manager.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen quality en geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen over het kwaliteitsbeleid. Je werkt zowel operationeel als projectmatig en bent nauw betrokken bij productie, engineering en leveranciers.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is het verder bewaken en professionaliseren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en de ISO-normen. Je ondersteunt audits, behandelt afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteracties structureel worden geïmplementeerd.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert het bestaande kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en zorgt ervoor dat procedures correct worden toegepast.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van de relevante ISO-certificeringen en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor, begeleidt deze en volgt de daaruit voortvloeiende acties nauwgezet op.
  • Je analyseert afwijkingen, klachten en non-conformiteiten en zorgt samen met de betrokken afdelingen voor structurele oplossingen.
  • Je voert root cause analyses uit en vertaalt de resultaten naar corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je stimuleert kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat procedures ook daadwerkelijk worden toegepast.
  • Je neemt geleidelijk meer ownership over het kwaliteitsbeleid en wordt voorbereid om op termijn door te groeien naar Quality Manager.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of kwaliteitsgerichte richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring als Quality Engineer, Quality Officer, QA Engineer of binnen een vergelijkbare kwaliteitsfunctie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van ISO-normen en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met interne en/of externe audits en weet hoe verbeteracties structureel opgevolgd moeten worden.
  • Je bent analytisch en gestructureerd, maar tegelijkertijd voldoende hands-on om problemen op de werkvloer aan te pakken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met productie, engineering, management en externe partijen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en hebt de ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een bredere kwaliteitsverantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent klaar om op termijn de stap te zetten naar Quality Manager en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over het volledige kwaliteitsbeleid.
