Introductie

Voor een internationale en sterk groeiende organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Operational Quality & Food Safety Lead. In deze rol neem je de dagelijkse operationele leiding over kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen een moderne productiesite.

Je staat dicht bij de werkvloer, stuurt verschillende Quality-medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsstandaarden iedere dag correct worden toegepast. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om processen verder te verbeteren en een sterke kwaliteitscultuur uit te bouwen. De functie rapporteert aan de Site QFS Manager.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van Quality & Food Safety op en leidt een team van QC-medewerkers, intakecontroleurs en medewerkers binnen reiniging.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en klantspecifieke vereisten op de productievloer.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle QFS-controles correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd en geregistreerd, waaronder HACCP-, proces-, product-, hygiëne- en omgevingscontroles.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsafwijkingen, bepaalt samen met de betrokken afdelingen de juiste verbeteracties en escaleert waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt audits, inspecties en certificeringen en werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek, onderhoud en andere ondersteunende diensten.
  • Je coacht je medewerkers, volgt QFS-KPI's op en stimuleert ownership, Continuous Improvement en Food Safety Awareness binnen de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen voeding, biowetenschappen of een aanverwante richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Quality & Food Safety in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP, BRC, IFS, voedselveiligheid en relevante kwaliteitswetgeving.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers kan coachen, motiveren en verantwoordelijkheid durft te geven.
  • Je bent hands-on, analytisch en organisatorisch sterk en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van SAP of een kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem is een plus.
