Omdat onze ervaren collega binnenkort met pensioen gaat, zoeken we iemand die haar rol binnen Quality met zorg en betrokkenheid wil overnemen. Je krijgt een grondige overdracht, zodat je onze producten, controles en manier van werken stap voor stap leert kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze materialen en producten. Daarvoor ben je dagelijks op de productievloer te vinden, tussen de producten en de collega’s die ze maken. Je kijkt nauwkeurig, merkt afwijkingen op en zoekt samen naar oplossingen.

Concreet:

  • Je controleert inkomende materialen en goederen voordat ze in productie worden gebruikt.
  • Je doet dagelijks meerdere controlerondes langs de productielijnen. Je kijkt onder meer naar drukwerk, kleuren, positionering, afwerking en mogelijke beschadigingen.
  • Waar nodig controleer je afmetingen en andere productspecificaties met de beschikbare meetmiddelen.
  • Je registreert afwijkingen en bespreekt met de betrokken collega’s welke actie nodig is. Binnen de afgesproken criteria beoordeel je of producten verder mogen of geblokkeerd moeten worden.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsklachten, verzamelt de nodige informatie en registreert de beoordeling in ons CRM-systeem.
  • Je denkt mee over de oorzaken van terugkerende fouten en helpt onze controles, werkinstructies en processen verbeteren.
  • Je deelt je productkennis met collega’s en helpt nieuwe medewerkers op weg.

Je werkt nauw samen met Productie, Quality Assurance en de betrokken technische en logistieke teams. Want kwaliteit maken we samen.

Wat breng je mee ?

  • Je kijkt kritisch, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en spreekt collega’s op een duidelijke, respectvolle manier aan. Je merkt het wanneer iets niet klopt en wilt begrijpen hoe het beter kan. Daarnaast: Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole in een productieomgeving. Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met oog voor detail. Voel je je comfortabel bij meten, controleren en werken volgens specificaties. Kun je zelfstandig werken en zoek je vlot de samenwerking op. Spreek en schrijf je vlot Nederlands en kun je je voor interne communicatie behelpen in het Engels. Kun je overweg met een computer en digitale tools voor registratie en opvolging. Je hoeft onze producten nog niet te kennen. Je interesse om ze te leren kennen en je betrokkenheid bij kwaliteit zijn minstens even belangrijk.
