In jouw rol als Quality Manager werk je samen met het kwaliteitsteam aan het verder professionaliseren van kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en duurzaamheid binnen onze organisatie. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook de ruimte om te groeien en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Jij: - Draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en borgen van het kwaliteitsbeleid; - Bewaakt productkwaliteit, productspecificaties en klantvereisten; - Ondersteunt bij het signaleren, analyseren en beheersen van kwaliteits- en procesrisico's; - Begeleidt en voert interne en externe audits uit; - Werkt mee aan het verbeteren van processen en het borgen van certificeringen; - Zorgt samen met collega's voor een veilige en prettige werkomgeving; - Bent betrokken bij kwaliteitsissues en helpt bij het implementeren van structurele oplossingen; - Draagt bij aan het creëren van vertrouwen bij klanten door een sterke kwaliteitsbeheersing. Kom je uit de meetkamer of heb je ervaring met meten, toleranties en procesbeheersing? Dan is dat een grote pré. Jouw technische kennis helpt je om kwaliteit niet alleen op papier, maar juist ook in de praktijk te begrijpen. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van vier professionals aan en rapporteert aan de Ruud Gielen Managing Director. Normaal gesproken werken we van 08.00 - 16:30. Jouw werktijden bepaal je in overleg met je leidinggevende. Wat neem je mee? • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting. • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een productie- of maakomgeving. • Affiniteit met kwaliteitsmanagement, procesverbetering en continu verbeteren. • Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen, zoals ISO9001 en ISO14001, is een pré. • Je bent analytisch, pragmatisch en communica...
