Je komt terecht bij een onafhankelijk familiebedrijf dat volop inzet op groei, innovatie en kwaliteit. Vanuit België worden private label ijscreaties geproduceerd voor grote retailers in binnen- en buitenland.

Binnen deze organisatie staat een hands-on mentaliteit centraal. Medewerkers krijgen ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen en mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

En omdat werken niet alles is, wordt er ook regelmatig tijd gemaakt voor ontspanning: van een zomer- en nieuwjaarsdrink tot een personeelsfeest en verschillende leuke traktaties doorheen het jaar.

Jobomschrijving

Kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en voeding combineren in een veelzijdige functie? Als Quality Officer krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan het kwaliteitssysteem van een groeiend familiebedrijf. Je volgt klachten en afwijkingen op, ondersteunt bij interne audits en springt waar nodig bij in het labo. Een afwisselende functie waarin je zowel zelfstandig werkt als nauw samenwerkt met verschillende collega's.

Takenpakket

  • Als Quality Officer sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse opvolging en verdere uitbouw van het kwaliteitsbeleid:
  • Je volgt klachtendossiers en afwijkingen op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
  • Je onderhoudt het bestaande kwaliteitssysteem en werkt dit verder uit.
  • Je bewaakt mee de naleving van wettelijke vereisten, kwaliteitsstandaarden en klant-specifieke lastenboeken.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding, opvolging en rapportage van interne audits.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsresultaten en volgt eventuele afwijkingen verder op.
  • Bij afwezigheid van een laborant spring je bij in het labo en voer je de nodige kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Je beoordeelt de resultaten en gaat na of producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde specificaties.

Profielomschrijving

We zoeken een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in chemie, biochemie, voeding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 à 3 jaar ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen binnen de voedingssector.
  • Kennis van BRC, HACCP en IFS is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om bij een vervanging in het labo mee te draaien in een 2-ploegensysteem.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits en Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office.
