Onze klant is een internationale speler met locaties in de VS, VK, Nederland en België. Met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring ontwerpt en implementeert de Belgische vestiging hoogwaardige verpakkingsoplossingen. Ze bieden contractverpakkingsdiensten zoals verpakkingsontwerp, serialisatie, QP market release en artwork services. Hun focus ligt op flexibele, op maat gemaakte en uitstekende klantenservice.

Om het team te versterken, zijn ze op zoek naar een Quality Operations Lead

Jobomschrijving

In deze functie geef je leiding aan de QA Operations afdeling en speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit binnen het productieproces. Je ondersteunt de productieafdeling door:

  1. Het uitvoeren van lijncontroles en lijnvrijgaven
  2. Het voorbereiden van batchdocumentatie en het uitvoeren van nacontroles
  3. Het inschatten van en ondersteunen bij afwijkingen, inclusief logboekcontroles

Daarnaast:

  • Coördineer je de dagelijkse kwaliteitsactiviteiten gerelateerd aan productie, in nauwe samenwerking met de productie- en planningsafdeling.
  • Beheer je operationele, kwaliteitsgerelateerde instructies en procedures.
  • Leid en ondersteun je projectmatige initiatieven.
  • Fungeer je als organisatorische back-up om de continuïteit van de afdeling te waarborgen.
  • Werk je volgens strikte en GMP-conforme werkprocessen en bied je directe ondersteuning aan productie.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met verpakkingsmaterialen en artwork is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen; kennis van GMP is vereist.
  • Ervaring met ISO 13485 is een pré.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van en deelnemen aan kwaliteitsaudits.
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels zeer goed.
