In de rol van Quality & Regulatory Specialist binnen de Health, Personal Care & Pharma sector ondersteun je uiteenlopende taken rond kwaliteitszorg en regulatory affairs. Je draagt bij aan het bewaken van de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en interne richtlijnen. Denk aan het opvolgen van klantprojecten, het beheren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie en het coördineren van audits. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende partners en helpt mee aan een betrouwbare en veilige supply chain.

Jouw dag bestaat uit het actualiseren van regulatory informatie, het verwerken van kwaliteitsvragen en het opvolgen van analyses door externe labs. Je neemt initiatief bij het opstellen van kwaliteitsafspraken met klanten en leveranciers en onderzoekt klachten zodat verbeteracties efficiënt worden opgevolgd. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij validatieprojecten, volg je testresultaten op en zorg je dat alles correct wordt geregistreerd in de systemen.

Wil je groeien binnen een gereguleerde sector en je verdiepen in kwaliteits- en regulatory processen? Dan is deze functie ideaal om je analytisch vermogen, nauwkeurigheid en leergierigheid verder te ontwikkelen. Zet vandaag nog de stap en bouw mee aan kwaliteitsvolle processen in de Health, Personal Care & Pharma sector.

  • Je hebt een professionele bachelor in een wetenschappelijke, farmaceutische, biomedische, chemische of voedingsgerelateerde richting.
  • Basiskennis van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen (zoals ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, Halal en Kosher).
  • Eerste relevante ervaring is een meerwaarde, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met oog voor detail.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met anderen.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je expertise in kwaliteitszorg en regulatory affairs verder uit te bouwen.
