Als Quality Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening continu op het gewenste niveau blijft. Je houdt scherp in de gaten wat klanten verwachten en vertaalt deze verwachtingen naar concrete kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de operatie. Wanneer zich afwijkingen of kwaliteitsproblemen voordoen, onderzoek je samen met je collega's waar deze vandaan komen. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de directe aanleiding en probeert de daadwerkelijke oorzaak boven tafel te krijgen. Vervolgens zet je passende verbeteracties uit en bewaak je of deze in de praktijk het gewenste resultaat opleveren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ISO 9001 kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen; - Het uitvoeren van root cause analyses en aansturen van corrigerende en preventieve acties; - De afwijkingen van schades beoordelen en zorgen voor de juiste oplossing; - Bijdragen aan het ontwerpen, documenteren en verbeteren van processen en procedures; - Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits; waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij een internationale logistieke dienstverlener in de regio Drunen. De organisatie is actief binnen transport, warehousing en logistieke dienstverlening en ondersteunt klanten bij uiteenlopende logistieke vraagstukken binnen Nederland en Europa.
