Jouw rol

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen.
  • Je voert metingen, in- en uitgangscontroles en testen uit om te garanderen dat onze producten voldoen aan de gestelde normen en specificaties.
  • Je identificeert kwaliteitsproblemen, analyseert de oorzaken en werkt samen met je team om verbeteringen aan te brengen.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op inkomende goederen, subassemblages en op eindproducten.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert gegevens met betrekking tot kwaliteit, zoals productafwijkingen, klachten van klanten, procesvariaties om trends en problemen te detecteren.
  • Je identificeert kwaliteitsproblemen en afwijkingen. Samen met de betrokken afdelingen onderzoek je de oorzaken en koppel je hieraan de nodige corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  • Je ondersteunt de verschillende afdelingen bij het aanbrengen van verbeteringen in processen, procedures of producten, om zo de algemene kwaliteit te verhogen.
  • Je stelt de nodige ondersteunende documenten op en bent verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van rapporten, verslagen en diverse andere documenten.
  • Je geeft training en begeleiding aan de medewerkers m.b.t. kwaliteitsnormen, procedures en methodes.
  • Je rapporteert aan de kwaliteitsmanager.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en een probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je bent zeer communicatief, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van kwaliteitssystemen, -normen, en -methoden.
  • Je bent bekend met kwaliteitstools en -technieken zoals FMEA, SPC en Root Cause Analyse.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van relevante productieprocessen en materialen.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsaudits en inspecties is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van relevante softwaretools zoals MS Office, ERP-systemen, is belangrijk voor deze rol.
