Bij een machinebouwer in Veghel ontwikkel je binnen R&D gestandaardiseerde PLC-software voor transportsystemen die wereldwijd worden toegepast. Je werkt aan functies voor gecontroleerde in- en uitvoer, tracking en tracing, sorteren en samenvoegen. Je bent betrokken van softwareontwerp tot validatie en ondersteuning bij pilots. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van besturingssoftware voor transportcontrollers (PLC) - Vertalen van requirements naar softwarefuncties met gebruik van een bestaande softwarebibliotheek - Ontwikkelen van algoritmen voor tracking en tracing, sorteren en samenvoegen - Organiseren van reviews en opstellen van ontwerpdocumentatie en testplannen - Testen en valideren van je code op geëmuleerde hardware - Ondersteunen van wereldwijde projecten en pilots waarin je software wordt toegepast - Vertalen van praktijkervaringen naar verbeteringen aan platformstandaarden en functies Functie-eisen - Een technische bachelor- of masteropleiding, bijvoorbeeld elektronica, mechatronica of software, afgerond in de afgelopen twee jaar - Aantoonbare affiniteit met besturingstechniek vanuit werk, stages of hobby’s - Kennis van Siemens Step 7; ervaring met STL is een pré - Kennis van veldbussen zoals PROFINET en ASi is een pré - Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief, met aandacht voor samenwerking en heldere communicatie - Goede beheersing van het Engels - Bereidheid om circa 10% te reizen voor ondersteuning bij pilots Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week - Een detavast-contract - Werken aan een softwareplatform dat wereldwijd in meerdere projecten wordt gebruikt - Betrokkenheid bij architectuur, ontwerp, ontwikkeling en ondersteuning - Je software testen op geëmuleerde hardware
