Via onze eigen 10 verkoopkantoren en een wereldwijd netwerk van distributeurs zijn wij vertegenwoordigd in Europa, de Verenigde Staten, Azië, Midden-Oosten en Australië. De productie en internationale distributie vindt plaats vanuit Panningen en USA. Van het Rijksmuseum en het Louvre tot Cambridge University, Louis Vuitton en Nespresso: organisaties over de hele wereld vertrouwen op onze expertise, innovatiekracht en kwaliteit. Achter ieder opslagsysteem schuilt een combinatie van slimme techniek, vakmanschap en continu verbeteren. Met een team van 240 collega's (waarvan 130 op ons hoofdkantoor in Panningen) werken we elke dag aan innovatie en groei. Om ons engineeringteam te versterken, zoeken we een fulltime R&D Engineer voor ons uit 7 collega's bestaande Engineeringsteam. Die in nauwe samenwerking met product-management, productie en sales nieuwe oplossingen ontwikkelt en bestaande systemen optimaliseert. Wat je ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en verbeteren van bestaande oplossingen. Van concept tot implementatie bij de klant ben jij verantwoordelijk! - Leiden of deelnemen aan R&D-projecten; - Analyseren en oplossen van structurele kwaliteitsproblemen; - Advies en ontwikkeling van speciale klantaanvragen (ontwerp, veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten); - Technische sparringpartner voor je collega's en begeleiden van Junior Engineers; - Ondersteuning bieden bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe processen en optimaliseren van bestaande productielijnen; - Proactief onderhouden en verbeteren van de productrange.
