In deze functie als R&D Medewerker in Veenendaal werk je aan technische innovaties die direct zichtbaar zijn in de praktijk. Je test, onderzoekt en verbetert producten binnen een moderne werkomgeving waar ontwikkeling nooit stilstaat. Wat ga je doen? Als R&D Medewerker houd je je voor onze opdrachtgever bezig met het onderzoeken, testen en verbeteren van producten en processen. Je voert analyses uit in het laboratorium, verwerkt meetgegevens en beoordeelt of producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. Daarbij werk je met verschillende testmethodes en ondersteun je bij proefopstellingen en praktijktesten. Ook denk je mee over nieuwe toepassingen, verbeteringen en technische oplossingen die bijdragen aan efficiëntere productieprocessen. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Het ene moment analyseer je testresultaten, terwijl je later op de dag betrokken bent bij de ontwikkeling van een nieuw product of het aanpassen van bestaande recepturen. Je schakelt regelmatig met productie en kwaliteit om onderzoeksresultaten goed te vertalen naar de praktijk. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze en technische inzicht lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan innovatie binnen de organisatie.
